TRIBALIZE: Regenerative Community Summit

TRIBALIZE: Regenerative Community Summit is the thought leadership summit for those who are designing, developing and collaborating on the next generation of new paradigm living projects.

Why TRIBALIZE?

TRIBALIZE will convene, before and after the Summit, the critical stakeholders working in the regenerative community sector to amplify the projects, best practices and trends therein and to help network the key players and organizations. At the foundation of every emerging business sector is a group of connected and pioneering leaders who forge together the evolutionary drivers that impact that particular sector.  For this purpose, we are building TRIBALIZE into a thriving knowledge community with regularly scheduled summits and services intended to help advance the sector’s possibilities and help its participants thrive.

What is the Tribalize Summit?

We realize to help advance the sector, convening the key players would contribute towards enhancing the collective intelligence in the room and empower all of it’s attendees to succeed.  So we’ve constructed a marketplace of knowledge and possibilities with the cross-disciplinary visionaries and sages of the sector to help accelerate and enhance the growth of the sector. More specifically, TRIBALIZE will :
  • Convene the regenerative community sector participants together
  • Build the relational trust field of those participants
  • Illuminate sector challenges and trends
  • Showcase best practices, business models and case studies
  • Incubate projects and match individuals with aligned projects
  • Amplify sector trends to the media
  • Consider necessary political actions to impact industry growth

What programming topics will Tribalize engage with?

The inaugural TRIBALIZE Summit has been designed  to help maximize the collective intelligence and social fusion possible in the room. There’ll be less talking heads on stage, and more participatory and experiential activities. Participants will be broken out regularly into smaller groups for deeper dialogue and intentional relationship building.  Generally, the Summit will explore the following subject matters:
  • Land ownership/Real Estate Market
  • Sustainable business models
  • New governance structures
  • Currency systems
  • Building/Planning codes
  • Regenerative technologies
  • Social/collaborative practices
  • Production management software technologies

Who Should Attend?

TRIBALIZE will convene the marketplace of the visionary architects of the Regenerative Community movement. There will be over 20 professional stakeholder disciplines represented at the Summit, including: Landowners, Builders, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Developers, Investors, Bankers, Architects, Designers, Ecologists, Permaculturists, Landscape architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners, Dome/Yurt Manufacturers, Solar/Water/Energy Companies, Community Builders, Community Members, Political Leaders, Government Agencies, Civic Planners/Building Dept. SANE: Summit Venue

We'll be hosting TRIBALIZE at this new intimate venue in Ojai.

SANE is a brand new community venue dedicated to presenting transformative events for the Ojai community. We're honored to have TRIBALIZE help kick-off the venue this Spring. TRIBALIZE will primarily take place at SANE with some special events being held around Ojai at other locations.

Destination To

Venue

SANE 316 E. Matilija Street Ojai, CA 93023 805-646-6000

Transport

SANE, our venue, is located in Downtown Ojai just down the street from the Rainbow Bridge market. Travel time to Ojai from LAX is estimated at around two and a half hours via rental car, depending on the traffic.

Parking

SANE does not have it’s own parking, but there is plenty of parking in and around the neighborhood.  Make sure you check street signs.  Sunday morning in Ojai is the Farmer’s Market, and on that day, it will be more difficult to park in the neighborhood.

Places To Stay

April can be a difficult month to find hotel accommodations for Ojai.  They host the Pixie Festival and hotel rooms are at a premium. We’re working on offering deals for our attendees with the Ojai Valley Inn which is the most luxurious of the hotels in Ojai, and several other locations.  20 minutes away in Ventura, we’ve also be arranging a deal with Crown Point Hotel, right on the Pacific ocean. Otherwise, we recommend the following:  AirBnB – Ojai has banned AirBnB in the inner registered city limits, but it’s available in and around that small area.  Also, we recommend VRBO, and Enchanted Vacation Rentals and we’ll help you coordinate with a group of attendees to share the costs. Check back here often, as we’ll be coming up with other solutions for you.

Additional Details

For more information about Ojai and the surrounding areas, visit the Ojai Visitor Bureau. Ojai is known as an artists’ haven, and our inns, bed & breakfast and secluded retreat centers reflect a creative and tranquil ambiance.  From a downtown bed & breakfast to eclectic inns and boutique hotels, discerning travelers will enjoy lodging that fits their ideal style and budget.
