Jess Magic - HeARTist, Soul-stirring songstress, Ceremonialist

Jess Magic is a “heARTist”, a soul-stirring songstress, a ceremonialist and a muse for today’s generation of visionaries and change-makers

More than a singer, Jess Magic is a musical story-teller who creates compelling invitations for people to interact with life from an open heart.  In a world where so many are longing for deeper levels of connection, authentic expression and intimacy, Jess uses her humor, music, movement practices and story-telling to effectively weave a "spell" of love and connection that reveals relatable aspects of the human experience that penetrate, and crack open the hearts of those who are touched by her presence.

As an emcee (a.k.a. "Mistress of Ceremony"), speaker and social entrepreneur, Jess Magic uses her voice as a vehicle to shift predominant attitudes, feelings and behaviors from “consumer” to “creator” by breaking down the barrier between the artist and the audience and creating effortless access points for people to be raw, real, and to rise into their truest forms of authentic expression.

“Jess Magic has a presence that moves a room. Her raspy voice, heartfelt call and response brought our audience of 400 women to their feet, roaring with their full bodies. The energy was off the charts awesome!”

— Stacey Morgenstern Founder of Holistic MBA

Jess has been touring nationally and internationally for three years, weaving together like-minded communities from San Francisco to Harlem, Necker Island to New Zealand, Israel to Morocco, Bali to Mexico, offering her virtual Free Your Voice programs and touring her Soul Salons (aka songversations) where she blends story-telling with original music and improvisation, inviting the audience and other performing artists to be a part of the creative process.

She was invited by the All Ladies League to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2016 Women Economic Forum in New Delhi for women from 155 different countries, and at the Women in Leadership Gala at the 2016 COPP 22 in Marrakech.  She has offered her Free Your Voice program and original gospel music at Burning Man and at California's Lightning in a Bottle festival and brought her music project Heart Medicine down to Tulum to offer a prayerformance at Habitas.  Most recently she was caught emceeing the launch of Wild Vessel in Los Angeles, an event to help women become more in touch with their wild nature, and the global renowned Bali Spirit Festival in Indonesia.  Consistently toting her signature message of honoring the human heart, Jess Magic’s message is one transcends race, age, culture, socio-economic status and appeals to a part of humanity that is arguably our most tender, resilient, and sacred gift.

She has supported thousands of men and women from all walks of life in overcoming the shame, fear, and self-judgment that have inhibited their ability to discover, experience and express their feelings, their creative expression and their capacity to create intimacy with themselves and others, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the Tribalize community.

Her signature saying is “We don’t sing to be good. We sing to be free."
