We are participating in a special Meetup event to learn more about the Laytonville Ecovillage on Saturday, April 26th, 2014. If you are a prospective buyer, investor, or someone who is interested in learning how to spend an extended amount of time living in an emerging ecovillage, then this event could be for you.
Dan Antonioli, the founder of the Laytonville Ecovillage, is hosting this detailed information session from 10a – 1p at his 611 Ecovillage in Oakland. He is first asking for all attendees to visit the Laytonville Ecovillage website to learn more about the community and then RSVP from the East Bay Cohousing Meetup page. Each guest will be asked to complete a short survey whereupon Dan will followup to confirm attendance to the event.
Also in attendance will be the architect, natural builder, and site analysis wizard Bob Theis. Bob will joining in the dialog to look at potential “Pattern Language” approaches to good community design. Dan is very excited to have Bob be a part of the next phase of development for Laytonville, as his participation in the community design process will be integral to the future of the ecovillage.
Our own Ericka Jennings, representing Green Key, will be in attendance to help answer questions about prospective ownership options. We asked Dan to present about the Laytonville Ecovillage from our booth at the recent Green Festival, and are excited to be a part of his team. We also have a Laytonville Ecovillage page on our website with updated information about more upcoming events and the latest ownership opportunities related to the ecovillage property.
This will be an intimate and powerful information session for those who attend. We hope to see you there!
